Project Management:

EDA offers comprehensive project management; coordinating the project design team, scheduling, and construction administration among Structural, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines. Providing relevant project development experience, EDA utilizes a dynamic, team-oriented approach to proficiently manage multiple design disciplines to optimize project delivery methods and design solutions for effective, cost-efficient project production.

Construction Administration:

A  well organized approach to construction administration can help to ensure a project's successful completion on time and within budget. EDA consistently strives to ensure that our client's vision and budget are achieved during construction and final product delivery, including:
  • Site observations to review ongoing construction activities in conjunction with the project's design documents and specifications.
  • Review of construction contracts, documents, design drawings, product submittals, shop drawings and project specifications.
  • Establishing efficient lines of communication and prompt responsiveness among all parties involved throughout the construction process.
  • Present appropriate resources and amicable dialogue to provide positive construction conflict resolutions. 
  • Meticulous reviews of project budgets, scheduling, and independent site/construction testing reports for continuing project consistency.

Owner & Developer Representation:

As the Owner/Developer’s representative, EDA can serve as an extension of the Owner/Developer in various capacities to either manage select aspects of the project or the entirety of the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of a project to ensure its successful execution. EDA first endeavors to understand the goals and objectives of the Owner/Developer, and then sets out to ensure that these objectives are being consistently fulfilled by all members of the design and construction team.
