Mr. Ellinwood has over two decades of engineering design and project management experience encompassing a diverse portfolio of commercial development projects. As the Principal of Ellinwood Design Associates, PLLC, Mr. Ellinwood has successfully managed the design of office buildings, theaters, schools, retail, multi-family developments, parking decks, and continuing care communities for corporate, private, medical, educational, and institutional clients. He also draws on his Business Management and Accounting background to proficiently maintain project budgets and schedules. Mr. Ellinwood complements his engineering background with experience in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and development. With an emphasis on creative, cost-effective and sustainable design solutions, Mr. Ellinwood directs project design team management and consultant coordination while also managing project development financials/pro-formas, budgets, schedules, marketing and business development. 

Prior to EDA, PLLC, Mr. Ellinwood was the Principal and Director of Engineering for an award winning, full service Architectural, Engineering, & Planning firm. Mr. Ellinwood directed engineering design and provided comprehensive project management; coordinating project design, scheduling, and construction administration among Structural, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines. Mr. Ellinwood further developed the firm's overall project financials, sustainable design initiatives, marketing and business development.

Mr. Ellinwood is also the Owner and Broker-in-Charge of an established real estate brokerage, development and investment firm serving commercial, land, residential and investment property transactions.
