This three story, 3500 square foot structure is constructed on 12 feet of fill on the ocean front. It utilizes an in-ground pile and concrete grade beam foundation. The house also utilizes castle rock masonry, cementitous siding and a combination modified bitumen and sloped metal roof.

The house features bamboo flooring and granite countertops. The layout undulates to maximize square footage on the small site. The overall aesthetics is contemporary yet designed to resist hurricanes and coastal element decay and damage.
