Beacon's Reach Resort

Beacon's Reach is a 2,000 acre prestigious waterfront resort development. Developed by the Roosevelt heirs, Beacon's Reach is nestled in the maritime forest of Pine Knoll Shores with ocean front and sound side construction. Multi-family subdivisions within the resort include Westport, Ocean Grove and Pelican Point.

 

 

As the lead architect/planner for this project, all master planning, design, landscaping, project infrastructure and amenities work was headed and coordinated by EDA's Morehead City office.
